摘要：

2008年版WHO的造血及淋巴组织肿瘤分型集中了目前关于骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)形态学、细胞化学、免疫表型、遗传学及临床等方面研究进展,对MDS的分型做出了新修订。文章对有关MDS方面的修订做一解读。
