摘要：

<正>脓毒性休克是指在严重脓毒症基础上给予足量液体复苏仍无法纠正的持续性低血压状态,它是严重脓毒症的一种特殊类型。循环功能紊乱是脓毒症的基本表现,也是脓毒症休克发生和高病死率的重要因素,进行有效的循环系统支持治疗是脓毒症休克救治的重要组成部分。
