本文通过对波士顿马拉松爆炸案的突发新闻报道进行案例分析,提出以移动式、社交式、公民式为特征的"微媒体"概念。在对西方主流媒体的应对策略进行文献梳理的基础上总结出从"新闻把关"发展到"新闻看门"直至"新闻策展"的实践操作及其理论基础。论文进一步结合波士顿爆炸案报道案例对"新闻策展"作为一种"微媒体"环境下的突发新闻报道方案作出剖析,将其策略归纳为逻辑整合、语境解读、细节描述三个步骤。与此同时,基于对"网状新闻界"实践的理论反思,提出"实用主义"与"适时缄默"原则能够为策展式报道突发新闻提供伦理层面的指导。
