摘要：

简要介绍了绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)的性质和特点,综述了GFP作为标记基因在生物膜和活性污泥、微生物降解、细菌—原生动物互作用、微生物—植物互作用以及生物传感器研究中的应用,认为GFP是研究环境微生物的理想分子标记。
