对我国能源供应安全战略的辩证思考

摘要
本文用辩证的观点对我国能源供应安全战略进行了思考。文章认为能源供应安全是国家安全的重要组成部分;石油供应安全是我国能源安全的主要矛盾;应该用发展的眼光正确看待石油资源和石油安全问题;确保我国能源供应安全需要采取综合措施。
