摘要：

对于民间金融,国内学者大多从金融制度或金融中介的角度分析其在资金融通等方面所发挥的作用,而较少地关注其背后所隐含的微观激励机制。本文以轮转基金这种广泛存在于世界各国的民间金融形式为载体,通过对国际上相关研究的文献综述,从个体特征和行为动机的角度分析了其对参与者的激励效应,从而为更好地理解民间金融产生和发展的机理以及引导其健康发展提供了理论参考。
