摘要：

<正>肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是以腹痛或者腹部不适伴排便习惯或大便性状改变为特征,症状持续或间歇发作,经相关检查无器质性病变证据的综合征。它是临床上最常见的功能性胃肠病之一。西方人群发病率约15%～20%,我国约5%～10%[1]。IBS的发病机制复杂,可能涉及胃肠道运动异常、内脏高敏感、免疫异常、肠道微生态失衡、感染、脑-肠轴
