经脐软式内镜腹腔手术的应用体会

摘要：

目的初步探讨经脐软式内镜腹腔手术的安全性和可行性。方法回顾分析经脐软式内镜腹腔手术的3例患者,其中1例不明原因腹水,1例反复不全肠梗阻,1例肝巨大囊肿。结果不明原因腹水患者确诊为结核性腹膜炎;反复不全肠梗阻患者明确为肠粘连并中转开腹手术治愈;肝巨大囊肿患者行内镜囊肿开窗术。术中、术后无手术相关并发症发生。结论经脐软式内镜腹腔手术,包括探查、活检、肝囊肿开窗术,是安全可行的。但作为一种新技术,其安全性需进一步的大规模研究评估。
