摘要：

<正>功能性便秘(FC)是一种由非器质性病变引起的功能性肠病,以排便次数减少,排便困难,排便不尽感,粪便干结、坚硬为主要症状。便秘既可影响患者肠道营养的吸收,继而出现腹痛、腹胀、头晕、烦躁、易怒、食欲不振、恶心、呕吐、排便困难、坠胀难忍等症状,又是诱发或加重肠癌、心脑血管疾病的重要因素,严重影响患者的情绪和生活质量。近年来,肠道动力学异常与FC的发病关系受到医学界的重视,并逐渐成为FC发病
