本文阐述了中国盐城生物圈保护区由于人类活动所带来的丹顶鹤生境的改变。由于人类在滩涂上从事大规模的开发活动,丹顶鹤的生境受到了严重影响,由原生湿地逐渐转变为人工湿地。在目前滩涂开发步伐不断加快的形势下,保护区和当地政府所面临的一个重要问题是如何引导人们的开发活动,实现生境保护和经济持续发展的协调统一。
