经皮穿刺肾动脉成形术——10例报告

摘要：

自1982年11月～1985年3月,我院共进行经皮穿刺肾动脉腔内成形术(PTRA)10例。其中单侧及双侧肾动脉狭窄分别为6及4例。PTRA采用Gr(u|¨)ntzig带囊导管,7例技术成功。其中2例双侧肾动脉狭窄者,单侧PTRA成功后,对侧实行自体肾移植或肾切除。除1例双侧肾动脉狭窄者(因对侧肾动脉未作任何处理)外,其余各例出院对血压均恢复正常,5例随诊1～30个月,血压保持正常。另外3例由于肾下垂、肾动脉开口部几乎完全梗阻及狭窄段过长且迂曲,致使PTRA未成功。
