战略人力资源管理的新发展——基于HRM氛围的过程范式

摘要
由于个体认知差异等原因,即使是同样的人力资源(HR)实践,员工的解释也会不尽一致,员工的心理和行为就更难以保证一致,HRM对组织绩效的提升作用也就难以保证。为了保证员工心理和行为的相似性,就必须让HRM具备独特性、一致性、共同性等特征,在组织内部形成强HRM氛围,此方面的研究被称为过程型HRM理论范式。首先对过程型HRM研究范式的起源和核心概念进行了介绍,其次对过程型HRM研究范式的理论基础和实证研究进行了回顾,最后对过程型HRM研究范式的理论意义和未来研究进行了展望。
