摘要：

大量基础研究和临床试验显示,他汀类治疗可以使心力衰竭的患者获益,其可能的保护机制是多方面的,包括抗炎、改善血管内皮功能、抑制神经激素活性以及改善心肌重塑等等,而且这些保护机制与血脂的降低无关。
