摘要：

在世界范围内卒中是最重要的致残病因之一。流行病学和临床研究显示,他汀类药物可显著降低缺血性卒中的发病率。除降脂效应外,他汀类药物还存在不依赖于降低胆固醇水平的其他许多作用机制。另外,他汀类药物可抑制蛛网膜下腔出血引起的脑血管痉挛。对于大多数个体来说,他汀类药物的安全性和耐受性良好。
