摘要：

互联网既是冷战的产物,更是全球化的产物。本文以年代为划分标准,从技术创新、商业创新和制度创新三个维度入手,系统梳理了互联网50年发展历程各阶段的关键事件和节点,总结了各个阶段演进的基本规律与内在逻辑,说明了一部互联网史就是一部人类扩展互联的文明史。在技术、商业、政府和社会的互动与博弈中,互联网发展之路,既是时代的必然,也充满了偶然。本文希望通过总结历史经验和教训,为正在到来的智能物联时代全球面临的机遇与挑战提供启示和警示。
