脑缺血再灌注对海马NMDA受体2A亚基酪氨酸磷酸化的影响

摘要
目的 研究海马NMDA受体 2A亚基 (NR2A)在脑缺血 再灌注过程中酪氨酸磷酸化水平的变化。方法采用SD大鼠四动脉结扎建立前脑缺血模型。用抗磷酸酪氨酸单抗或抗NR2A抗体以免疫沉淀法和免疫印迹法检测海马NR2A酪氨酸磷酸化水平。结果 缺血海马NR2A酪氨酸磷酸化水平下降 ,再灌注后升高 ,再灌注 6h达最高 ,其后又下降。缺血再灌注后NR2A含量逐渐下降。结论 脑缺血 再灌注使海马NR2A酪氨酸磷酸化改变而影响NMDA受体的功能
