凋亡在糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症中的研究进展

摘要：

糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)是临床最常用的药物之一,由于良好的抗炎、抗风湿、抗休克和免疫抑制作用而广泛用于风湿性疾病、呼吸系统疾病等的治疗,同时GC在骨重建过程中也发挥着重要的作用。然而长期应用GC会导致许多并发症,其中骨量丢失尤其是骨质疏松性骨质疏松(GIOP)是最为严重的并发症。凋亡对保持组织的健康和正常生长具有十分重要的意义,但异常的凋亡就可能造成机体损伤。基于细胞凋亡的形态特征和分子改变过程,有很多种方法可进行细胞凋亡的检测。近年来的研究发现成骨细胞是GC主要的作用靶点,GC主要是通过抑制成骨细胞介导的骨形成,造成了骨量的丢失,其中成骨细胞凋亡可能是GC抑制骨形成的主要环节,现就凋亡在GIOP中的作用及作用机制进行综述,为提高临床对GIOP的认识提供帮助。
