缺血性脑梗塞恢复期记忆障碍及其与脑电图的关系

摘要：

本文对44例脑梗塞患者记忆水平进行了测定,并与脑电图作了对照研究。结果发现:与对照组比较,脑梗塞恢复期有明显的记忆障碍(P<0.001);脑梗塞恢复期脑电图异常率为79%,记忆商数差者占68%,两者基本一致;脑电图异常者,记忆商数亦降低(P<0.001)。提示脑电图可作为间接了解记忆水平的辅助指标。
