摘要：

对外直接投资(FDI)的技术溢出效应可以分为三个层次,一是企业层次;二是产业和区域层次;三是国家层次。既有理论研讨,也有实证分析。本文从三个层次概述了近期的国外文献,梳理了不同层次FDI技术溢出效应的分析框架和影响因素,以及尚待进一步研究的问题。
