<正>肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是全球第5位常见恶性肿瘤,50%以上发生在我国。HCC的高危人群以35～65岁为主,尤其以男性患者较多,是女性患者的2～4倍。HCC早期症状不明显,导致大多数患者就诊较晚,整体预后很差。80%～90%的患者在确诊时,由于受肿瘤的大小、部
