摘要：

Two kinds of regeneration system on \%Saussurea medusa \%Maxim. have been established. The shoots can be induced from cotyledons, leaf segments and somatic embryos at 25℃.The regeneration system by organic have advantages such as shorter period, higher efficiency, better synchronism and bigger average number of shoot than the others. The content of total flavonoids in shoots is 4 %, which is 3-4 times of it in wild type.
