分光光度法快速测定6种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量

摘要：

基于酶抑制法,提出了分光光度法测定6种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的方法。采用正交试验优化了获得乙酰胆碱酯酶最佳活性的条件:①酶与底物的浓度比为6比1;②显色剂用量为0.4mg;③缓冲溶液的pH为8.5;④反应温度为40℃。在优化的试验条件下,6种氨基甲酸酯类农药的质量浓度在一定的范围内与抑制率I呈线性关系。方法用于果蔬样品分析,并在此基础上进行加标回收试验,回收率在82.0%109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差（n=6）在2.4%3.6%之间。
