摘要：

目前我国经济还很不发达,实现获得最大回收率的"需求教育"应为我国教育发展的目标。但现实情况是,由于劳动力市场需求还不能快速地反映到教育体系中,教育浪费现象非常严重。因此,应注意借鉴国外的有关经验和研究成果,在解决"不足教育"问题的同时,重视"过度教育"问题,并积极采取各种措施加以解决。
