摘要：

5-氨基水杨酸(5-ASA)广泛应用于炎性肠病的治疗,尤其是治疗轻、中型溃疡性结肠炎的首选药物。新型口服水杨酸制剂包括偶氮键前药(奥沙拉嗪和巴柳氮)、各种采用高分子化合物包裹的5-ASA及多基质系统(multi matrixsystem,MMX)美沙拉嗪,可避免5-ASA在小肠上段被吸收、以发挥局部肠道抗炎作用,新型制剂不良反应小,在耐受性方面优于柳氮磺吡啶。
