摘要：

在不同类型组织的成功经历中,韧性已经成为关键性的因素。在组织管理领域,组织韧性的研究已经成为研究者们关注的热点和焦点,并且出现了一些有价值的成果。基于对国外组织韧性相关文献的系统梳理,对组织韧性的概念界定、结构维度划分与测量以及组织韧性的影响因素进行述评,并针对现有研究存在的不足,对未来研究进行了展望。
