摘要：

剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)是一种特殊类型的异位妊娠,也是剖宫产术后远期的严重并发症之一。其发病率逐年增加,严重威胁孕、产妇的生理及心理健康。随着对CSP发病机制、高危因素、诊断及治疗方法研究的不断深入,在复发性CSP高危因素等各个领域均取得了一定进展。目前CSP已受到越来越多妇科医师的重视。对CSP早诊断、早治疗尤为重要,可使其发生凶险性前置胎盘、胎盘种植、大出血及切除子宫等严重后果的概率明显降低。
