<正>溶血磷脂酸(lysophosphatidic acid,LPA)及脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2(lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,Lp-PLA2)是近年来被广泛关注的与动脉粥样硬化和缺血性心脑血管病密切相关的分子家族,特别是它们在启动动脉粥样硬化与缺血性心脑血管病中的重要作用及潜在的临床应用价值引起人们的极大关注
