摘要：

开放式创新为民营企业的技术能力发展提供了良好的环境与契机。吉利汽车在缺乏汽车技术知识的情况下,依据自身特质,勇于从企业外部获取各种技术知识,不断提升技术模仿能力、学习吸收能力、合资并购能力和技术协作能力,从而形成了企业的自主创新能力,成为我国民营企业的佼佼者,进入世界500强行列。吉利汽车技术能力的发展演进经验值得总结和借鉴。
