中国背景下不同类型企业组织创新气氛差异实证研究

摘要
国外相关研究表明,组织创新气氛是影响组织创新绩效的重要组织因素。本文通过实证调查,对我国背景下不同企业类型中的组织创新气氛差异进行了分析探索。研究者依据企业所有制结构、所属产业、企业发展阶段等类型不同,对企业中的组织创新气氛感知评价差异进行假设验证和对比分析,研究结论将有助于对中国背景下企业组织创新气氛现状的深入了解。
