低FODMAP饮食与肠易激综合征

摘要
约60%肠易激综合征(IBS)患者的症状发作受饮食影响,饮食干预是IBS治疗策略的重要组成部分,如限制摄入可发酵的低聚糖、双糖、单糖和多元醇(FODMAP)。低FODMAP饮食疗法可减轻IBS症状,但具体疗效和长期低FODMAP饮食对健康的潜在影响尚需进一步观察。本文就近年低FODMAP饮食与IBS的关系作一综述。
