摘要
糖基化终产物(AGEs)是体内蛋白质与还原糖在无酶条件下发生反应后的产物。AGEs与糖尿病及其并发症、血管疾病、衰老以及肾脏疾病等密切相关。本文从AGEs的产生过程、生理作用的分子机制、病理意义以及采用药物干预糖基化终产物的形成和生物学效应等方面进行了综述。
