强光光抑制引起的光系统Ⅱ膜复合物蛋白二级结构的变化

摘要
强光照射引起的光系统Ⅱ膜蛋白复合物的光抑制过程中,伴随着二级结构组成发生变化:短时间的光照(<10 min)对其二级结构的影响不大,但较长时间(40min)后可引起α螺旋含量下降,无规卷曲成分增加.在复合物中加入表面活性剂TritonX-100后,可使β折叠的含量显著减少;同时还使PSⅡ对强光的耐受性下降,表现在二级结构的变化加大.实验结果表明:稳定的膜结构可以提高光系统Ⅱ抵抗强光破坏的能力,光抑制主要影响膜蛋白复合物的螺旋构象,而对折叠和转角影响不大。推测光破坏的主要位点发生于膜蛋白的疏水区域。
