摘要：

风险投资是推动技术创新、经济增长的重要因素。风险投资从筹资、投资和退出都具有显著的空间规律。梳理了风险投资空间分布、空间决策和空间效果等方面的最新研究动态,并对进一步开展风险投资空间行为研究进行了展望,提出了目前我国开展风险投资空间行为研究需要突破的重点。
