苹果及其制品中展青霉素的薄层扫描测定法

摘要：

本文研究了水果及其制品中展青霉素的测定方法。利用1.5％碳酸钠净化样品、经双向薄层分离后,利用CS-910薄层扫描仪进行紫外反射光扫描定量。用本文建立的方法测定苹果及其制品中展青霉素的平均回收率为90～104％,重复性试验变异系数为2.2～8.1％,展青霉素最低检出量为2ng。
