摘要：

本文利用中国经济普查数据研究对外贸易和FDI等全球化因素对中国就业结构的影响。研究结果表明:进出口贸易的扩张并未提高中国的高技能工人就业比例,该结论与H-O模型一致;FDI与高技能工人就业比例显著正相关,验证了Feenstra-Hanson外包理论中有关资本流入影响就业结构的基本判断。进口贸易对国内就业结构的负作用主要表现为中间品进口对高技能劳动力的替代效应,而出口贸易对就业结构的不利影响则主要发生在劳动密集型行业。此外,资本技术密集型行业、外资企业及沿海地区的FDI强化了出口贸易对国内就业结构的负面效应。
