“一带一路”背景下陕西省旅游业的发展研究

摘要：

随着"一带一路"战略的提出,陕西省旅游业蓬勃发展。本文基于旅游业自身属性分析,重点研究了在"一带一路"背景下陕西省旅游业的发展及其外溢效应,包括旅游业对财政的直接贡献、间接贡献,对国民经济的贡献,以及对住宿业、餐饮业、资源保护的外部效应分析;同时国家政策也进一步促进了陕西省旅游业的发展,包括财政支出、固定资产投资对旅游业的影响。陕西省旅游业的快速发展与国家的战略政策有很大关系,从之前的西部大开发到现在的"一带一路"战略,因此当地政府有必要采取政策措施进一步促进旅游业的发展,迎接"一带一路"战略给陕西带来的前所未有的历史机遇,使陕西旅游不断走向世界。
