摘要：

医生职业应激近些年来越来越引起西方研究者的关注,而我国的研究却相对较少。本文从应激源,中介因素以及应激反应和结果这三个方面对国内外的主要研究成果进行回顾,并在此基础上对未来的研究方向作了展望。
