摘要：

Aiming at the acquisition of dynamic movement information of cultivated land and towns in our country,this article proposes techniques combining the remote sensing data with spatial sampling method.Based on spatial remote sensing and spatial analysis technique,it also provides a set of techniques for the calculation of dynamic degree of cultivated land and town movement,choice of dynamic area and construction of sampling frame in the sampling of dynamic movement of Chinese cultivated land and towns.
