基于网络药理学的葛根抗肿瘤潜在机制探讨

摘要
本文采用网络药理学方法探讨葛根的抗肿瘤的作用机制。首先采用类药性评估筛选葛根的活性成分,然后反向分子对接法预测作用靶点,在pubmed数据库人工检索靶点是否与肿瘤相关。靶点信息导入到生物注释系统MAS3.0,结合KEGG数据库进行靶点分析和通路分析,cytoscape软件中分别绘制化合物-靶点、靶点-通路网络,最后合并生成成分-靶点-作用网络图。实验结果显示从葛根中筛选出16个活性化合物,并预测出34个靶蛋白和44条信号通路。网络分析发现葛根潜在作用通路有直接作用于多种肿瘤疾病,也有间接作用于多条与肿瘤形成发展有关的通路。综上,葛根通过多成分、多靶点、多通路的形式发挥着抗肿瘤作用,为后续作用药理实验提供了依据,也为其他中药的相关研究提供借鉴和参考。
