摘要：
The oceanic technology is an important guarantee of realizing the Strategic goal of Oceanic Great Power. Our county has had the base and conditions of Oceanic Great Power, In order to construct China into Oceanic Great Power in the 21th century, the principal missions to develop the oceanic technology are to push the oceonic economic sustainable development, to ensure ecoceanic resources ond environment sustainable, to increase the level of public serves.
