摘要：

肠内营养是指患儿经口摄取营养不能满足需求而通过导管直接到胃或小肠的营养途径。途径包括鼻胃管、胃造瘘管、鼻空肠管、空肠造瘘管。适用于营养供给不足且肠道尚存部分功能患儿,营养素的选择及营养量要根据患儿胃肠道功能及体质量进行选择,营养速度根据胃肠道功能从少逐渐增加,直到满足患儿需求。相对肠道外营养而言,肠内营养简单、方便、安全、成本低。
