摘要：

在开放的经济条件下,"贸易"对于促进经济增长有着重要作用,而我国也正处于"双盈余"的特殊局面之中且贸易顺差过大。因此,将贸易增长方式的转变视为先导和关键有着必然性与可行性。传统的研究视角均从生产领域出发,但基于"贸易即流通",完全可以沿着优化流通过程、提高流通效率、降低流通成本的思路,在出口与进口相协同,区际贸易与国际贸易相协同,比较优势、后发优势、竞争优势相协同中,通过流通技术、制度、组织的创新来实现贸易增长方式的转变。
