摘要：

技术联盟的快速增长适应了创新发展的趋势,即从孤立到结盟,从依靠内部资源到强化外部资源的获取。文章从技术联盟的概念由来出发,对技术联盟与创新关系的理论、方法和实证研究的情况进行了述评,并指出了技术联盟与创新关系研究存在的不足、未来的研究方向以及对管理的启示。
