摘要：

Web普遍存在着不同程度的可用性问题,需要为Web设计者提供一个可用性设计方法.该方法基于UCD理论和可用性工程原理,包含三个方面:用户研究、Web设计和Web评估.用户研究主要关注网站的目标用户,Web设计旨在设计具有自描述的高可用性Web用户界面,Web评估为设计——评估的可用性迭代设计过程提供一种可用性度量手段,该方法可作为Web设计人员设计和提高Web可用性的设计指南.
