基于拉曼光谱与吸附剂预浓缩联用的毒死蜱农药快速检测方法研究

摘要
目的采用拉曼光谱法结合吸附剂预浓缩前处理对毒死蜱农药进行快速检测。方法对比MgSi3·5H2O、MgSiO3、C18 3种具有强吸附效果的常用吸附剂对毒死蜱的预浓缩效果,并探讨拉曼光谱技术及吸附剂预浓缩联用对不同浓度毒死蜱溶液的检测效果。结果 Mg Si3·5H2O对毒死蜱农药具有较好的吸附作用,MgSi3·5H2O吸附剂预浓缩及拉曼光谱技术联用方法对微量毒死蜱溶液的检测限有明显的提高,检测限提高了两个数量级以上。结论该预浓缩处理方法操作简单、通用性好,可应用于拉曼光谱技术的各种微量成分的分析检测。
