从过程风险内涵出发,重点研究和分析了重大研发(R&D)项目过程风险的特征、过程风险组织的主要特征和组织的习惯域原理,建立了重大研发(R&D)项目过程风险组织行为动态管理模式和过程风险动态团队管理模式。
