摘要：

高校图书馆机构知识库近年发展迅速,然而随着机构知识库的发展,版权涉及问题的复杂性和迫切性显得日益突出。在分析了高校图书馆机构知识库的存储协议、版权转让等问题后,本文借鉴国外高校机构知识库的运作经验提出了以下几点方案:数字版权管理;合理使用原则;版权政策内容的规范化等。
