脊柱骨盆矢状力线在脊柱疾患中的意义

摘要：

<正>近年来,随着业界对脊柱疾患认识水平的提高,脊柱及骨盆矢状面平衡逐渐引起重视。人体站立需平衡来维持最节省能量、最稳定的姿势,在矢状面上脊柱和骨盆连接头颅和下肢,其形态和方向互相关联、影响,从可屈伸活动的腰椎过渡到基本固定的骶尾椎,腰骶椎和骨盆形态对矢状平衡起到关键作用,并与多种疾病的发生和发展相关[1-2]。
