从组织形式、主要内容、发布形式、约束机制、咨询范围等几方面总结了中国科学院战略情报咨询活动的特点,从人员构成、咨询内容、咨询成果、筹资机制、管理机制、国际合作以及评估机制等方面与国外重要国家的科学院(所)开展的战略情报咨询活动进行比较分析,为中国科学院战略情报咨询提出发展建议。
