摘要：

大学衍生企业作为创业企业的一种特殊形式,不仅是大学技术转移的重要载体,更是促进区域经济发展、社会就业,以及提高国家创新能力的关键力量。基于资源禀赋观,从政策、大学、企业家三个方面对大学衍生企业发展的影响因素进行了文献综述,探索了大学衍生企业在发展过程中产生差异的内在原因。
